Indian government to install keyloggers

Police in Mumbai, India have mandated that every single one of the city's cybercafés install software that will monitor the Internet activities of their customers and report back to a central server. The police say that this is to keep an eye out for terrorist activities, but privacy advocates aren't so sure.
